We are seeking Senior Front-End Developers skilled in React and Next.js, who can develop high-quality web applications and contribute to mission-critical projects from day one. This role requires a full-stack mindset, although your primary responsibility will be front-end development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and enhance modern web applications using React and Next.js
• Write clean, reusable, and scalable code following modern JavaScript/TypeScript practices
• Integrate front-end components with RESTful APIs
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver seamless features
• Participate in agile ceremonies, active sprint work, and peer reviews
• Quickly understand and contribute to an existing codebase

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of software development experience
• 3+ years hands-on with React.js
• At least 1 year of experience with Next.js
• Strong understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, CSS3, and responsive design
• Experience integrating with RESTful APIs
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance in fast-paced environments
• Familiarity with Git, agile tools (Jira/Confluence), and code review practices.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly experienced Lead or Staff-level Front-End Developer with deep expertise in React.js and Next.js, who brings a full-stack mindset to front-end development. This role demands a hands-on technologist who can contribute from day one, guide best practices, and integrate seamlessly into the client’s agile team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect, build, and maintain performant web applications using React and Next.js
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions
• Work closely with backend engineers to ensure smooth API integration and data flow
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and code reviews to ensure best practices and coding standards
• Understand backend infrastructure to make informed decisions about front-end architecture
• Evaluate and improve application performance and user experience
• Drive sprint-level planning and contribute to roadmap alignment with business needs

Required Skills:

• 7+ years of professional software development experience
• 5+ years hands-on with React.js
• 2+ years experience with Next.js
