Location: Frisco, TX ( The interview will take place on-site.)

• Monitor and maintain production systems to ensure optimal performance and availability.
• Work with Java-based applications to analyze code and fix issues.|
• Coordinate with development and infrastructure teams for escalated issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
• Participate in deployment and release activities.
• Strong knowledge of Java / J2EE technologies.
• Experience with SQL / PL-SQL and database troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience in application support, log analysis, and debugging.
• Respond to and resolve incidents and service requests in a timely manner, adhering to defined SLAs.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to applications, databases, networks, and infrastructure components.
• Implement fixes, patches, and updates to resolve issues and enhance system stability.
• Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and operational procedures for future reference.
• Perform regular health checks and preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with development teams to prioritize and address bug fixes and enhancements.
• Participate in change management processes, including the review and approval of production changes.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, including training and troubleshooting assistance.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures to optimize system reliability and efficiency.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies and best practices in production support and IT operations.
• 7+ years of experience in customer support or product support roles.
